I would say check the wiring on back of connector. Should be white and orange if still factory. I think the yellow is parlour signal.

You guys are right! I switched it back to the white and orange connector and started fiddling around with things on the power connector box and turns out the fuse holder had a bad contact, so now all lights are working as intended!
