Default another pachinko pin replacment question

i'm restoring a machine, my first!, and of course since it's a learning process damaged many, many pins. so now i'm faced with completely replacing them all.

did a search here and not getting the link hits; links are dead or the items i'm looking at are priced at something like $6 a nail.

i understand what i'm looking for are 16ga 1 1/2" escutcheon nails. amazon and online venders i've look at don't have anything that goes above 1".

may i ask for a help in finding a link that will get me what works? i'm worried about ordering something that looks good online but isn't the right thing, like this: https://www.amazon.ca/M-D-Building-P...1832066&sr=8-2

    thank you

Search ebay for pachinko parts. You will find sellers parting out machines, including the nails/pins. You may even be able to purchase nails that are already polished.

what ive found on ebay is batches of 50 or 75. one thing i've noticed is that there are differences in pins - i tried to cannibalize another model but they weren't the same.

see image please. the one on the left (damaged) is the original pin, the one on the right is from another machine. you can see the head size differences, which at first I took as minuscule but then when pins are placed in their patterns the difference really shows.
it's better, in my opinion, to replace everything with new nails. Found some that are 1.25" so I might give these a try.
