I just finished a wall mount frame, hung it up on the wall and then opened the door/front of the machine and sat the frame /machine on the bottom ledge of the frame. Holding the machine I used common clamps to the sides of the machine and the frame to hold it in place while I secured the machine to the frame. Best if this is a two person job. Nice machining of the ball lock.

without damaging it. is there a procedure? Haven't looked at it that well yet.
Most of my machines are free standing so I will remove portions at a time for the heaviest ones when I move them or change out cells. I might remove the front glass, door and cell leaving the base machine in the frame.

This would leave a lighter portion to work with within the frame to remove and could be worth a try for you

    A few Updates !!

In picture 2 you can see that I made holes at the top, and I leave the bottom open. Because warm air rises,
you get a natural ventilation in the cabinet without adding ventilation fans.
Both ball pits (top and bottom) are lockable (to keep out dust)
above I worked with an Ikea "push to open" lock.
For the bottom I opted for a cover plate that is attached with magnets (so that it can easily be opened),
on this cover plate I can also place a ball tray. (Just like real, hey ;-)
At the bottom left there is a hole in the Ball Pit through which I can drain the Ball Pit. (I still have to think of the simple closure of this hole)

During the week I hung the cabinet in the living room, everything went well. (Pachinko was not mounted yet)
I had plans to cover the ball pits with self-adhesive rubber because I happened to have that at hand.
Ideal would be self-adhesive vinyl tiles, which may be slightly harder but glide better in contrast to rubber.
But they are usually sold in packs and since I actually don't need that much, I went for the rubber anyway.

I think especially the top pit needs it because you are going to pour in 2000 balls at once.
which makes quite a noise and the paint suffers from it.
Then I moved the cabinet back to the workshop.

Rubber applied and then tested whether it would also deflate.
My surprise was that it was not completely deflated

Amount of balls that refused to roll !!!
    Attachment 96247
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because the balls at the back of the tray come into contact with the rubber on 2 sides (see photo)
    Cabinet 46.jpg
Because the slope to the exit is quite minimal, this friction is enough to prevent the balls from rolling,
and the following rows push against the first row, which of course increases the friction even more.
And because the next rows hook in the first row. they cannot go to the exit either.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My disappointment was great. at first sight nothing could be done about that.
    Spending hours thinking about it.
Until I decided to replace the rubber at the back with a slope towards the exit.
With an aluminum strip that I happened to have lying around.
    Cabinet 55.jpg
Because the rubber is 2mm thick and the aluminum strip 3mm,
the aluminum (at the back of the photo) at the start of the slope to the exit protrudes
1mm above the rubber to the left of it.
After some thinking I solved that by applying an extra layer of rubber, so that I had 4mm rubber.

I also have the impression that the profile of the aluminum strip gives less resistance to the balls,
    making them run smoother.

Only 4 remaining (I can live with that)
    Cabinet 53.jpg
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Glad I got that resolved because my enthusiasm was almost nil for a while :-D
The bottom pit will probably produce the same problem. hope that I will find a solution for that too.

The bottom Pit is worse at deflating. the slope is simply too small.

(Pic= Amount of balls that wont roll to the Exit)
    Cabinet 56.jpg

I had provided a slope of +/- 4 mm on the width of the cabinet (52cm).
in order that it was not too brightly visible when the balls rest against the glass.
als added a slope of 5mm towards the front (+/-16cm)
(so the pit would fill from the window to the back)
Tried all sorts of things, but the mutual resistance between the balls turns out to
be too high so that the slope is not sufficient.
Now I'm actually working on a fairly simple mechanical solution so that you can
empty the space without having to touch the balls.
It would all have been much simpler had there not been a window in the pit,
but the visual view of the amount of balls was a must for me.

    Update will follow ;-)

    Solution for the "Bottom Pit"
After some thinking, I came up with an acceptable solution for the poor drainage of the bottom pit.

1 Made an extra bottom plate!
    Cabinet 57.jpg
3 mm thick (recovered from an old turntable for TV set ;-)
    Cabinet 58.jpg
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On the side of the exit hole,
I drilled a hole exactly the diameter of the bolt M5 (in the steel part)
in the wood underneath a slightly smaller hole 4mm, then screwed in a bolt
which automatically taps into the wood, which is sufficient, this only serves
as a pivot point and keep the plate neatly in place so that it does not touch
the sides of the ball pit anywhere. (See Arrow)
    Cabinet 61.jpg
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
on the opposite side I first milled the hole for the handle (8mm)
    Cabinet 59.jpg

Plate nicely centered, and the threaded bush (M8) welded to the plate.
The bolt (lever) then keeps the plate nicely centered on that side.
    Cabinet 60.jpg

    Result
    Cabinet 63.jpg Cabinet 64.jpg
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Painted the plate after which I also covered it with rubber
    Cabinet 65.jpg Cabinet 66.jpg
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    End result
I am very satisfied with the end result.
It is only a small, insignificant extra action to empty the Ball-Pit. but it works perfectly.

    Cabinet 69.jpg Cabinet 67.jpg Cabinet 68.jpg

(The arrow in Pic 2) Here I used a slightly wider aluminum strip so you don't see the plate
(This strip also keeps the window in place), I will lose some window but I can live with that !

Next assignment: "Exit Hole Cover" ;-)

    Exit Hole Cover
(Some time has passed, I've been quite busy, but here's another update.)
I had to think about it for a long time, but the solution was actually quite simple.

    The Parts
    Cabinet 72.jpg
    Order
    Cabinet 73.jpg1

    Cabinet 74.jpg2

    Cabinet 75.jpg3

    Cabinet 76.jpg4
I made the washers out of copper because that makes it slide better.
the Bolt is tightened until the spring washer engages.

    Cabinet 80.jpg
I had pre-installed the nut on the inside of the Ball-Pit (See Arrow).
not knowing if I was going to use it but because it was under the metal plate
that I had installed, and to avoid having to remove it again.

    Cabinet 77.jpgClosed

    Cabinet 78.jpgOpen

    Cabinet 79.jpg

In this view you can see that the side of the cabinet serves as a stop.
Here it also becomes clear why I made the washers square.
Had I not done that, I would loosen the bolt by operating the lever.

I also placed the handle so that it is neatly under the cabinet and out of sight.
Because I expect it to happen that someone would serve it without knowing
what it serves for, with all the consequences that entails

I have also taken into account that you do not accidentally
hit it with your knee and accidentally open it.

    So that's it for now.

Looks great. Have you thought about a return spring. Yes you would have to manually hold it open. But that might be beneficial.

I have also thought of that, but then I am missing a hand. because I have to hold a container in one hand while opening the drain.
and then I need my other hand to lift the tray so that the balls roll towards the drain.
However, the copper that I have incorporated into the hinge ensures that you can operate it properly without having to use too much force.
and it can hardly be opened accidentally if you hit it with your knee.

The actual cabinet is now almost complete!
However, I got a brilliant idea with a lamp that I had just bought before and which was actually more of a bad buy,
but here it could possibly come in handy. dimensions D17cm H 105cm. +/- the Hight from my Pachinko cabinet !!!
    IMG_20201023_193406.jpg
The lamp contained a Cold / Warm LED strip and an RGB strip. I have decided to add an addressable LED strip just like in the Ballpits.

If you pay attention, it is also noticeable that I had to move the control of the lock of the top Ball Pit from right to left (because the lamp was now in the way.)
Not an easy task because the construction of the pachinko does not automatically allow this. so I had to work with a few angles in the control rod. (See pictures)

Now all I have to do is mount the pachinko in the cabinet. here, however, I had measured a bit too correctly!!
when it turned out that the pachinko was just a bit bigger than my pachinko cabinet !! (a matter of about 1mm)
And because my cabinet was already painted and actually finished, I didn't want to change anything about it.
Then I decided to sand the frame of the pachinko a bit. This was barely possible, because the corners are made of metal and there is little sanding.
luckily the woodwork was a bit bigger. and finally succeeded.
After some carpentry I managed to assemble the frame without damaging the cabinet. It is very tight, I even think that it will not fall out without screwing it down
