Neo Planett bought from Big Bear

I have bought the Neo PlanetT machine from Big Bear in TX. The MAchine came today, I went plug it in and to power cord came all the way out. So I opened the machine and low and behold there is no place to put the plug. Looks like it was shipped without the power suppy. Has this happened to anyone before? I will call Big Bear, but there are closed on Wednesday and I need to vent a little.

Hello, My Neo Planett plugs into the back. Are you sure theres no white idiot proof plug in the back ? Not inside the cab. Mike : )

Now its on and I am stuck in Level mode. I get there eventually

It went deeper than that, the Start button, knob was not connected. Once I got that in( The was a wire sticking out of it I put it back in) it worked, only now the max bet button lights up but does not work. It doesnt light on the top PC board when I press it either. But now I can play it

Ok, I first off have to appologize to big bear pachislo. I jumped the gun a bit. Hopefully others will learn from my mistake

The machine works fine. I had to reconnect both the MAX BET button and The Play handle. Played it for a few minutes tonight.

Now is there a Volume Control!?!?!?!!!

Yep, totally adjustable from 0-9. red upper & Yellow Lower knobs inside door at top. Mike : )
