I am still trying to figure out if I can make the winnings recycling work. I’d love to get that going but I don’t know that I can without some big alterations to my setup. I’m extremely excited as well!

Its not required but removing too many winnings will result in a machine with no balls to play with eventually. You just need to make sure you have a way to get them back in. And for vintage machines a way that holds a bunch before it it hits the lifter. This was you can place some back in the play tray. On a cr machine with a dongle you press the button and it spits more balls out thanks to the awesome Daverob dongle if you have one.

Ok I'm about to head to fed ex and drop these off for their journey to final packaging with their plastic parts. Just one step closer to getting into the hands of everyone who purchased. All orders are in this package.

    HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

Just some pex that I used and was able to find locally. This stuff is very cheap and easy to cut.

I did also find the best way to cut is either a standard utility knife or plastic tubing cutter works great.

It does bend and deform easy so don't try and tie it in a knot or bend it too much. It will result in a not so smooth flow of balls creating much resistance. This will cause the motor to struggle and possibly bind. The unit is designed with a fuse to blow before it damages anything. The sign of resistance will be that the unit will reset on recovery of a cycle and or fuse blows.

Anyone else get this started setting up? I’m still working on getting mine to work with my machine(s) but tested and working currently! Awesome!

For mine at the bottom of the machine I made chutes out of wood. I lined them with sheet foam from Amazon to dampen noise and bounce. At the end of the chute I made a hole 1 1/4 that then dumps it to 1 1/2 pvc at the end i used an elbow to slow the speed so they don't bounce out or beat the plastic up to badly. You can also use a few 45 connectors and zip zag it to slow them too. Around the lifter I used cardboard skirt. Just to keep them from bouncing out.

The foam is 6mm thick and very dense

Hot melt glues works great to adhere it to the wood. I guess you could also use cardboard to make a chute and use the foam too.

For pvc support i used standard pipe hangers from home improvement store. They bend easy you can zip lathe screws with fat heads in them easy. You can use 2 or 3 to hold that pipe anywhere. I made blocks with a hole saw to hold them at the ends of my cabinet.

If your machines are on tables or desks you can probable make this slip right under the exit chute. Everyone's cabinet, wall mount , or desktop setup are going to be different and some unique.
