    Default YAMASA Pink Panther

I have aquired a YAMASA Pink Panther that is not working currently. It looks like its missing the Stop Reel Board, but more importantly, currently the system wont power on at all.

From what i can tell it looks like its the 110v to 24v transformer that plugs into the wall. I dont seem to be getting any power from it. The one in it has the following info on it, "23295 A" "0902" "E97261", but i cant seem to find the correct replacement. Would love to find someplace local, but will order online if needed.

Please let me know if you can help me find the correct replacement for the transformer or the missing Stop Reel Board.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I am confident someone on here can help based on the level of knowledge i have seen in other threads.

    Thanks for the help.

I have picked up a 24vac 20a transformer, which allowed me to at least get some power to the system but it just doesn't seem to have enough power. Not all the lights or sound comes on and when the coin mech kicks on, all the lights dim or go out if it even has enough power to turn it. (which confuses me as from what i have found i need a 24vac 5a).

Anyways, i guess i may just have to order one from here: https://www.powervolt.com/ProductDet...133&InputID=39

However, it seems finding the reel stop board may be harder and more expensive as the only ones i am seeing run about $80 and the transformer running about $60, that's $140 not knowing if there are any other issues. My question is now, is it worth fixing?

Then i still need to find a source for more coins. I have taken some from my other slot, but will need more.

Lastly, i'm not sure if its just because the transformer isn't right, but the coin mech kicks on and keeps running. I have tried to reset the system (as if it was in a bonus game) but it keeps running. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

Does anyone have a source for power transformers that have them in stock. I tried to order from powervolts web site and it never prompted for payment info. i called them 2 days later and they said someone would reach out to me to confirm the order and get payment info, and then a week later i got an email that it wasnt in stock but a different one was, so i said send me that one and its been 2 weeks and i havent heard anything since.

I need a new source and i am not finding them on EBAY anymore.

    Thanks

Not sure i know the difference any more. the one i got from Grainger just doesnt have enough power.. and powervolt is being unresponsive at best.

I just need a new 110 to 24 V with enough power to run the slot. I'm no expert on this stuff which is why i am here asking for help.

Well a 20A transformer would probably be big enough to run 3 pachislos. A 20va would power a couple of light bulbs. Without seeing the data plate of the machine. I wouldn't recommend transformer size.

This is a link to a pic of the inside of the Pink Panther machine if it helps or I can try to post a pic of the transformer that is bad. There's just no useful info on it and as i mentioned I just can't find anyplace to order a replacement as powervolt is unresponsive.
