Foreign objects found in the shooter handle
Today I decided to pull out a machine I haven’t played in a long time; I was putting off fixing the shooter handle which sometimes got stuck and didn’t automatically twist back to non-shooting operation (as if something was interfering with the spring). I just couldn’t figure out how to remove the shooter so put it in storage.
Turns out it comes out fine the front; one screw from below then just jerk the shooter out and it pops right out. Long story short, as suspected there was all sorts of folded cigarette boxes, pachinko flyers/ads, and coin! Presumably inserted to “cheat” and be lazy playing without doing anything.
Figured I’d share the treasures I found and see if anybody else has found anything cool; who knows maybe there’s a gold coin or two stuck in one of my other shooter handles....
