    Default Olympia reset

Hello I’m having an E-7 error on my Olympia Nangoku Musume machine(2006?) and I’ve cleaned the hopper and checked the connections to no avail. Trying to reset it but there is no key slot inside to reset it like my other machine but there is some random buttons on the inside door and a few above the reels but the wording is in Japanese. Any help would be appreciated

    WELCOME!!!

If you could post pictures of your machines and the buttons and stuff that would help a lot!!

Reset key switches are often replaced with regular switches when keys are lost, maybe that happened to yours..

I don't know for sure, but I would guess that in pic 5, the white button and black switch (on the bottom) are for resetting and setting odds.. I would guess that the black switch was put in to replace the key switch!!

Thanks! I messed with those switches on pic 5 and I think you are right I used the center switch to act like a key when turning on the machine and was able to get to the odds selection and reset going. Still have to figure out the right sequence with the other switch and button next to it but yea it’s up and running. Thanks again

What specifically is an E7 error? You mention the hopper.... Are the coins not coming out of the hopper correctly? I am getting an E4 error on my machine and the last coin always gets stuck.

From what I've gathered, I think an E-7 error means the hopper is overloaded or empty but yeah.. No error after a reset and all is well. Is your hopper motor stopping prematurely? Arm crossing the sensor at the wrong time? Or maybe in need of some lube IDK sorry I can't help

This post is really helpful. Just a qui question: How do you open the top front door to access the button above the reels?

    Thank you
