New Owner needs help

Just bought my first Pachislo. Olympic Red Meteor.
Everything seems to work just fine and the machine is in beautiful condition.
However, I constantly get an E4 error on payouts. I know what it means and have done everything I know how to do to correct the problem.
The machine will payout, give an E4 error (which I clear with the key turn to the left) and payout again then another error and so on. I realize sometimes there is an actual jam but most of the time the hopper seems to be functioning just fine. Except for throwing the error.

What am I missing?

Would also love to talk to someone who also owns this machine.

Have you checked the tokens..maybe one's dirty or bent?? sorry, I'm not much help!!

Yes it does. It will "spit out" the correct amount of winnings each time and still give an E4 error.
