    Default Godo-Yuki Info

Anyone know anything about this manufacturer? I can’t find any info online. Had a lever to mahually run winning balls thru the see-saw. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thx!

Welcome to Pachitalk!I love those single shot machines from the "50s! Never heard of that brand name...so I would have bought it without hesitation! I love the more unusual and uncommon machines! Since I know nothing about the year it was made...but, I would guess late '50s, because of how much plastic is used on the back. Earlier machines usually have more parts made of tin. I don't see anything that looks missing'
"Had a lever to mahually run winning balls thru the see-saw." You must be talking about the lever above the flipper. If you are rapidly firing balls (not easy on a single shot), and you hit 2 jackpots before the first jackpot cycles...the seesaw will be down when the 2nd ball reaches the seesaw. The 2nd (and subsequent balls, if you are really lucky) ball will roll into the tiny window area. I call this "the jackpot reserve chamber" Whenever the seesaw is down, be it by accident or multiple jackpots) the winning ball will go into the jackpot reserve chamber. This preserves your winnings 'till the seesaw is reset, then you can twist the lever and redeem your winnings! This appears to be a safety feature to guard your winnings from malfunction or rapid jackpots.
You have at least enough balls to release the "z bars" (I made that name up!) that allow a jackpot to be paid (because there are enough balls in the reward hopper). So, it should play and pay. How many balls does it have? (worded that carefully, didn't I? ) And, does it pay out under normal circumstances?
Since the jackpot reserve chamber is so seldomly needed...how often do you have a malfunction or hit multiple jackpots loading 1 ball at a time? That being said...I like to flip the seesaw into the down position, then manually drop 5 balls into a jackpot pocket. (the jackpot reserve chambers usually only hold 5 balls) I then flip the seesaw into the up position, load balls into the lower tray and play. When you run out of balls...twist the lever, and you get 15 more balls to play!

Nice! Thank you for all the info! I just picked it up and haven’t cleaned it or tried it all. Now I can’t wait to get home and work on it.
