Long weekend...lots of work on Sat and Sun but now everything is clean and free of rust. I even waxed some of the metal pieces!

Can't wait to start putting everything back together. Playfields should arrive tomorrow. You guys are going to love these machines!20200830_165507.jpg20200827_183526.jpg

First one is finished. I just can't believe how beautiful it is. Now
just working out some mechanical kinks. I need to touch up the finish at the top of the frame, and reattach the paper label to the back.

I also have a piece that I did not find a spot for or have a picture of when taking apart. Unless someone here has any ideas, I guess I will discover where it goes when digging into the second machine.

(Yes the interstate signs are legal - I collect them when I'm not restoring pachinkos. 27 and counting now!)20200902_134524.jpg20200902_134517.jpg20200902_134121.jpg20200902_075810.jpg20200902_075737.jpg20200902_131309.jpg

It almost looks like a short track cover, but I can't see where it would go. Let us know when you solve the mystery.

Status of the second machine. Currently waiting on some rust stripper coming from Amazon. I will need to custom order a piece of glass for this machine too...

That little stainless piece went above the ball loading hole, and below the ball drain hole. Not sure what it's purpose is/was
