Nishijin Shiroi Kamome part search

Hello all. I am new to PachiTalk.

We rediscovered a Nishijin Shiroi Kamome with a Nishijin Sophia mechanism. It works when you put a ball manually into the shooting lane. But it seems that we are missing a part of the shooting mechanism to activate the hammer which flips the ball from the magazine into the shooting lane. Posted some picture. Not sure if it is big enough to see but there is a parts missing at the shooting hammer. Can anybody point me in the direction how to find that part? I would greatly appreciate it.

Not a hundred per cent sure, but there may be a misplaced linkage. Also, you have to have enough balls in the hopper for the shooter to operate.

Look at the third picture. There is a wire linkage that I believe is from the overflow tray. This linkage stops the shooter from working if there are too many balls in the overflow tray. Put the wire coming from the right in the picture to the right of the wire coming from the axis of the shooter--the one coming up southwest to northeast. See if that works. If not, you can easily switch it back.

When I say wire, I mean a hard wire linkage, not electrical wire running lights or switches.

If I'm wrong, someone will come along with the right answer.

Appears your missing the lever to load the balls. Open the glass door and then the tray door. you will see the loader mechanism linkage attached to the back board, probably broken.

Yes, the clear lever is exactly what I am missing. It must be separate part, which gets mounted on a small pin which also has a snap ring groove. I think the loader mechanism seems intact.

There are a couple members here that do restoration work that may have the part available. There is also an eBay seller isbjorn35 that sells parts. I have had good luck buying from this seller. You may send a message to see if he/she has the part.

Thanks for all the help. I did contact the ebay seller but unfortunately he doesn’t have that part at the moment. Would there be a member who has a spare?

I found a better picture on one of the members posts. That one shows exactly what I am looking for. It is the clear plastic lever mounted with a snap ring hanging down in the middle of the photo. Does anybody have one for sale?
