Hi Everyone,

New member, first post. I’m looking at a JSI Probationer Elf (I’ve heard it referred to as Elf Dream also) machine that’s for sale locally. I’ve found virtually nothing online about it. Does anyone here have any information on it? I haven’t gone to see it yet, but I’ve been assured it’s in good working order. Thanks!

looks like the asking price of Pachislo in your area are in the 150 to 250 range.. If it has a bunch of tokens then the asking price should be on the higher side..

there are a few on Graigs list in your state so buy what you like.. no reason to settle.

Thanks for the info. I just came across a Yoshimune for $100. It says it’s been converted to quarters, but is now throwing a code (doesn’t say what the code is). It looks like a much more fun game, and could be a decent buy if it’s easily fixed. One other thing, the belly glass has been switched out to something else. No worries about that though.

We certainley don't advise running machines with currency due to the legal complcations. It can really screw up the token mechs and payout hoppers. So stick with tokens. You wouldn't want the old bill to come round and confiscate your machine.

If I was to buy the machine, I would definitely return it to token use anyway. I was thinking that the error code might’ve been due to the coin conversion.
