WTB card reader bypass dongle.

Looking to buy a used bypass dongle, ideally a diy version unless I can get a good deal on a card reader setup. My goal is to have this machine up and running by my birthday on the 4th. I don't really want to have to walk across this god forsaken "city" to buy 4 tiny parts so any help would be great.
