New to Pachislo - Sammy Cutie Fruits

Hi everyone! New member here...

I'm fairly new to Pachislos so trying to troubleshoot 2 issues with this one I just picked up today...

It is a Sammy Cutie Fruits...

I don't the keys for it but can open the door at least, need to acquire a reset key... I think it's stuck in "Reset Mode"? When I insert a token, the credit stays at 00 but I'm able to use the stick and skill stop buttons to stop reels only when the door is open... Which leads me to my 2nd problem...

When the door is closed, the reels are hitting and getting stuck on the belly glass... Can I adjust the reels so this doesn't happen? They will spin freely if door is opened...

Wow 2 people in one day saying their reels are hitting when the door is closed.

(generic info as I don't have this machine)

You can replace the key switch for a normal on/off toggle switch. Just make sure when you remove and open the case, the machine is switched off and unplugged. (safety first)

The reel assembly may have dislodged in transit. try removing it and sliding it back in and see if it sits further back

Thanks for the reply! I have fixed the reel issue. It's like you said, it was slightly dislodged so I slid it back and it freely spins with the door closed now.

My key switch does work, I thought I needed a reset key for this machine but looks like all I have to do is hold down the toggle key switch and turn on the machine to reset. I found that info in a search from an old thread on here after my post got approved.

Fortunately, I think all my issues have been resolved.
