Tatsujin machine help

Sorry if it's already here somewhere, I couldn't find the answer searching.
I just got my first Pachislo machine and after cleaning the sensors and replacing the stop board I finally got it working!

Just a couple things I can't seem to figure out.
1 - The spin reel knob doesn't already reset and I have to move it up before the reel stop buttons light up. Is there a good way to clean these or just a replacement?
2 - Is there any way to turn credit mode off where the coins drop when you win?

im more of a Pachinko kinda guy

is the knob sticky or is the spring broken??

as for payouts keep your credits at 50 and it will pay out.. no way to adjust

Sometimes (usually) I have to tap up on it for it to center again to activate the buttons. Maybe the spring?
