    Default Vintage race car arrangeball

I saw there’s not one but TWO of these cool Grand Prix themed arrangeballs for sale; kinda rough shape but would be a cool restoration project. 1 yen start!

Too bad shipping is pricier than normal now.

cool finds! I'll keep an eye and might bid if they don't get too crazy.

Anyone have an idea what this machine is? https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f428246754
There is an obscure mechanism you see in some 50s and 70s American games where the ball runs along a bar at the top and then gets released. I think that might be what I'm seeing here. The ball follows the track all the way to the top, then there are buttons on the side.
You can see why these "drop bar" types of games were never very popular!!

    WANTED: 10¥ games, pre-1950s machines, スマートボール (Smart Ball), payazzo/kronespill, Pickwick-style (~1905)
if you have any of these in North America, let's talk.

I was going to put bids on the arrangeball one(s) but I realize I have 2 arrangeballs and I'm probably good. The car one is reminiscent of my Glory Ball Deluxe, but has even less strategy.
I was going to put bids in on the UFO and ball drop one, considering I might never get another chance to buy one like it, but I talked myself off that ledge. I'm trying to save up for a modern pinball machine. While those games are EXTREMELY COOL, I have to tell myself I have enough extremely cool gambling machines, and should put a pause on that and try and get back to pinball...
But I hope someone here wins them!
Please post if you do, I have so many questions about the internals.

No, seems like too much of a gamble for me, but that UFO and the groovy train drop ball one are pretty cool regardless!

The 4 rotor Corvette machine would be a cool collectable for a corvette lover; it’s based off a real prototype Wankle (rotary) engine Corvette designed by Zora Duntov! Clearly dating it as vintage 1973 approximately.

Too bad wankle motors burn oil and gas like crazy and require frequent rebuilds; RIP Mazda RX-7 RX8 Long live the V8!
