What's the best way to do online Video Chats

Howdy Folks,

I've been tinkering with Electronics and Computers since the late 1960's but personally I have Never done a Video Chat.

So what would you Folks recommend the best device to do a Video Chat?

I am in the process of getting a Chrome book to do the chat since my Broadband in my home is the Fastest that you can get for your home in my area.

With a Chromebook, Google Hangouts is probably a solid option. Looks like there's Zoom for Chromebooks as well.

Both of those are available on every platform, so its just a matter of preference and what the folks you are going to be video chatting with already use.
