    Default Help Azure surf trip

Hello everyone. New to the forums and just picked up this machine. I am pretty sure it’s the same one in the other post. I got home with it and then it one and the first and third reels spin nonstop and the middle reel acts like it’s hung up and will only spin a little with help. The lights on the motherboard show the first and third blinking and the middle one is lit up with no blinking. It won’t take credits and I can’t figure out what to do. If anyone could help me I would surely appreciate it. Thanks.

Ok so I figured out the problem with the reels but now I have another problem. It went to bonus and I hit a button on front and it went to payout. I am getting HE error and I have filled the hopper and emptied the hopper but it’s still there and won’t go back to normal play or any play for that matter. Is there a way to reset? I don’t have a reset function I power supply. There is just an empty hole there. Any help would be appreciated.

Where the reset key should be is just a hole?? Can you see any wires inside that it may have been hooked to??

There is a round black button on the power supply, but when i press it, its making the hopper pay out. The empty hole is to the right of the round black button.

ok, after much reading and searching and more reading, and finding an owners manual for my machine on here, I am getting an HE message.
It is in the bonus game, its showing 249 on the bonus countdown window and 4 credits. When I press the black reset button inside, its emptying the hopper probably 50 coins or so at the time. The program key lock on my machine is not there and that's the empty hole.
I believe I have my switches turned to off setting at the bottom of the power supply. Do I cut the machine off and then press the reset button and restart it?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you!

I would think you'll need to open up the power supply (WITH MACHINE UNPLUGGED!! ) and find the wires and add a simple on off switch so you can do resets.. Not sure if that will fix everything, but you really need to be able to reset it!!

I've never done it, only read about people doing it a lot over the years, but that sounds about right!!

Thank you Take the Castle! Alright, I installed the reset switch and reset everything, the reels were jerking and not turning freely(the buttons wouldn't stop the reels) so I reseated all the connections I could find and now the reels wont turn and the skill button lights inside the machine are lit up like the buttons are pressed.
Anyone have any idea what to do next?
It takes tokens still but when I go to reset, I cant change the level with any button.

Also, before I reseated all the connections, the stop buttons would light up on led when pressed, now they stay on all the time and reel lights are all on too.

Pic of red lights on inside. All three button lights and reel lights are always red. 257D36D0-ACCA-4A28-A7F1-0B3145515E28.jpeg

How much corrosion is on the electronics ? I noticed that the power supply look like it had that on top of it.
