Default 1962 Daiwa Completed Restoration Video

Hey there guys, I updated my Facebook peeps and YouTube before posting here - my apologies!

    https://youtu.be/iTv5q1ZQbVE

I recently tore apart this old early 60’s Daiwa and brought it back from the dead. Not seen in the video is the ball tray I fabricated for it (I’ll attach pictures) Let me tell you, that ball tray was NOT fun to make...I don’t recommend it lol

These old single shots are really starting to grow on me. Does anyone have a similar Daiwa brother/sister machine out there? I’d be curious to see if anyone’s had lights (I don’t even any more screw holes for lights )

Hope you guys enjoy the video and are staying safe out there!

Also, first thing I noticed about this machine was the University of Miami themed tulip! Not intentional obviously, but still cool nonetheless. It also only opens up half the tulip at a time - by design!

omgosh, wow! what a great job.

If you ever decide to sell that, please let me make you an offer. I'd love to have that one.
    WANTED: 10¥ games, pre-1950s machines, スマートボール (Smart Ball), payazzo/kronespill, Pickwick-style (~1905)
if you have any of these in North America, let's talk.

Thanks! I’ll certainly let you know, but I’m thinking I may hold onto it

I recently picked up a similar machine to yours. It is my first pachinko machine so I am trying to figure out what the story is. I seem to be missing one piece and your video helped me pinpoint what I am missing at least. Mine is missing the white piece that I believe holds the jackpot in place, any thoughts or ideas where I might find such a piece? If I could find more info on it I could try to print one I am thinking.

Mine looks like it may have had one light for the jackpot but I can’t tell for sure, it is no longer there for sure
