I picked up a Toto washlet a few years ago and never looked back. The Japanese are far more advanced technology wise in the bathroom than most Americans can fathom. Second best thing to come out of Japan next to pachinkos! Totally worth it for the extra features:

    Heated seat with adjustable temp
    Soft close seat
    Adjustable water temp
    Adjustable water pressure
    Remote control
Charcoal automatic odor eliminating air filtration system
    Heated air drying function

We went with a cheaper Tushy brand but those ones are lovely.
    WANTED: 10¥ games, pre-1950s machines, スマートボール (Smart Ball), payazzo/kronespill, Pickwick-style (~1905)
if you have any of these in North America, let's talk.

Yeah, it’s nice, but it doesn’t make fake rushing water noises to hide any potentially embarrassing noises or have a light show function like the high end models; maybe one day I can afford such luxuries!
