Default My first Pachinko - Disaster

Hi guys, I used to frequent this website quite a bit when I first bought my 2 pachislos but haven't been here in a while. After a trip to Tokyo I fell in love with Pachinko and decided to get a machine of my own... Today it arrived and the hopper is completely smashed to bits including the ball guides that run balls to the payout mech. As you can imagine I'm deviated but need to try and come up with a way of fixing this mess. Any ideas on where I would be able to get replacement parts would be greatly appreciated

    James

What machine is it? Post a pic of the front if you're not sure.

It looks like it might be a Sankyo Victory frame from the pics of the back, and I might have some bits spare if it is.

3d printing ? (if you can assemble all the broken pieces)

There is a a Fever Janken Battle for sale in the U. S. A. on Ebay

It really hits me in the gut when the machines get damaged in transit . I've only had two that I had to piece together since 2002 . All the best in reconstruction .

I’d wait till a Lord of the Rings machine or some other Victory frame machine to pop up locally/regionally for sale, they are usually fairly inexpensive around here. I’ve got one of the construction worker jackhammer hanemonos in this frame I never play; but shipping would be killer. Your cell looks fine so you can just swap it in the new frame and have 2 pachinkos to play instead of one.

Maybe you can work some magic with superglue? Reinforce the rails with cardboard and plastic? JB weld it together?

3rd option, you could buy just a frame off yahoo japan. Best case scenario somebody on here with a parts machine for this frame would be ideal. Good luck!

Is this the same frame? Might be worth it and has a nice case.

Sorry! Guess I should have actually read the details. Nice design, tho. Maybe I'll make similar for one.

I've bought a Lord of the Rings that also came in the same Victory frame, so my plan is to put that cell up for sale and combine the 2 Victory frames.

Thankfully my insurance claim with the courier has been approved so at least I'll get the money I paid for my original machine back. Will keep you all updated once it's safe for me to go and collect the LOTR

Nice! You turned lemons into lemonade with that deal, 2 pachinkos for the price of one! Be warned though, cell collecting is addictive! You’re on a slippery slope now...

I won't be keeping the LOTR cell... A franchise that's never appealed to me for some reason, I do seem to be looking at other pachinkos for sale already, can see it getting very addicting
