Default Should I keep or sell

Just got for a great price the cleanest vintage machine I have seen so far. No rust anywhere, all the parts save the second glass panel is there, even hooked a 9 volt and all the lights work. Got it at the end of the hall to play with as I go by. This is my 7th machine so I have others to play with. Should I keep it or sell it?image.jpgface.jpginstruct.jpgbacki.jpghall srop.jpg

Keep it and enjoy playing it

I’m biased though, never sold a pachi yet , not even the pachislos

That machine is a "Castle Royal" pachinko recycle and you do have water damage to the upper center of the Play Field but it is complete .

The Castle Royal is unique cause the ball when it goes into the top of the center feature will go though the front draw bridge .

In 1977 I got the "Castle Royal in the Nishijin Sophie machine and i had to sell it in 1982 before I left to join the Army . Flash forward to 2002 and the addiction caught me again 40 machines both vintage and Modern then in 2005 I sold all but four machines ( 2 of the Castle Royal machines )and 2 others in various states of restoration .

Then September 2005 my collection growed again to over 50 machines Vintage and modern . I am now slimed down to 30ish machines and I have just started a Restoration of a "King Crab" Vintage Pachinko .

If you do not have another "Castle Royal" in your collection I do recommend keeping it and possibly building a Beautiful cabinet for it .

I do like the wall shelf angle brackets to secure it to the wall ( You must of worked out how to open the front of the machine )
When things don't go right the 1st time , Step back ,Take a break and come back renewed. RGS

I have that exact same machine, including the 'barbed wire' background which I never found that appealing.
Even the back side is the same A version, where I've seen it posted having the B style.
Bought it originally in 1976 from Pachkino Palace (receipt is filed away somewhere)...

    Hope you keep it...

Keep it. Or sell it to me, but you're way over there...

The only machine pictured which has no interest to me, is the fifth pictured in the group of six. I'm a sucker for most pachinkos but I really go for elaborate center features and/or multiple tulips.

    Keep all of them.

    1. Sankyo "Big Eagle" 2. You are missing part of your center feature . Chrome is pitted but not too bad. 3. Sanyo Nice center feature . 4. Fishy center ( too small a photo but think that in the back is a motor or remains of where a motor made something move in the center feature. 5. single shot nice clean playfield . 6. J.apan A.ir L.ines nice playfied and front .

Very Nice collection of Vintage machines . the Big thing about the Vintage Pachinkos is No Electronics to fail and the Lamps are easy to replace .

I didn't Know that you are a "Browncoat" so am I since the messed up Fox showing in 2002 . I even got to tow the Airel Ambulance 500 miles to Burbank,California in 2008 and met Alan Tudyk and shook his hand . You have a "Shiny" collection

Very nice, the ambulance was made from a Russian hind or a repro but still neat.
