Nishijin Ban Ban Jump 21 バンバンジャンプ２1

I have a バンバンジャンプ２1 (Nishijin Ban Ban Jump 21 ) that I just purchased. The balls are stuck in the machine on the right side. I THINK that there may be a motor that is stuck or something like that. Any troubleshooting tips? I have no idea how long that this thing sat before I bought it. There does not seem to be a release for the balls.

Can you post some pics of the front and back and where the ball jam is??

So I have to admit that I don't really know anything about these machines. This one is an electronic machine. I think that the motors are not turning that would drop the balls down. I really don't know how this is supposed to work. I put the balls in the top and then put a few in the hopper and it does not have any balls that shoot up when I turned the knob. I think the balls are not really stuck, but they just do not move because the motor doesn't drop the balls. For some reason I'm unable to upload pictures.

THANK YOU!! Very helpful. Do you know how to release the front door? I do not have a key. I just want to clean behind the glass.

Look on the back around the yellow mark on the left on the frame for a metal latch you can push down to open just the front/glass!!

So I had found that lever, but had to lift and then push down. Sort of odd.
