Kanless motor issue

i know that I said my motor is working, but it’s not. After playing a bit, the motor is back to being too weak. Could it be an adjustment with the wheel? Could it be an adjustment on or in the motor? It would be nice to get the motor working correctly.

Use a couple drops of this stuff on the outside motor shaft
