Default Reversing a Cyclic Heiwa Lupinasu Frame

Feel free to use it as a guide for other machines, but ball paths do differ between frames

I've been sitting on this one for some time. ones reason, lack of space, and mainly. because the original conversion was so badly done.
But now I thought I'd start it.

One reason is that the cyclic moded ball paths didn't work and the balls got jammed and starting backing up.

After taking the playing field out, you can see the balls that were stuck there.

Removed the rear circuit board to see clearer.

Here is the main circuit board carrier that also is the ball paths for the waste and dumped balls.

The payout and ball dump paths were butched on this one. Its the clear plastic part. The top path is payout. the bottom is ball dump.

Now I have put the rear section back in, you can see the dumped balls are meant to flow down the channel on the right.

Its a start. but I'll use filler and sand it down later as more of it gets repaired

    Right......

That part should be done. Not the best finish. But its functional and not seen.

    Now the next part.
What I first though was upper and lower paths was incorrect. The 2 clear paths are actually both ball dump paths.
The pay out path seems to be missing all the way from just below the payout motor "Marked in the rectangle" all the way to the front panel.

As I don't have access to a 3D printer. I've repaired or replaced the ball paths with the plastic from mini trucking. Its strong yet flexible where required. Then stuck with super glue and reinforced with plastic filler.

Installed the curve for the ball dump and added guides from the payout motor.

I was getting to many jams when testing. So I remade the path using a material that can be shaped to form a continuous path of the same size.

    Maybe.

But its paid out fine everytime that includes 2 full 15R fevers in a row, when I left the top tank empty and ran over 4000 balls through it.
