    I think I can see yours , below the motor on the right side next to the plugs. Looks like a tiny blue phillips screw.
    Try turning that, 1/16th turn at a time and test. Make sure to mark how it’s set right now, so you can turn it back in case it isn’t working.
    Trol for the win!! A slight turn of that screw clockwise and my "grounding issue" was solved. I guess that's some sort of sensitivity control for the touch sensor?

    Anyway, I undid my jerry-rig fix. This machine is ready to play! Or sell... still haven't decided.
