Hello from Nebraska
I've recently became enthralled with the history of pachinko and would love to know a way i can make this happen in my home state. I've done some research, mostly into Pachinko World in Wilmington, NC and how they're able to operate as a prize only setup. I live in a college town and think it would be amazing to have a prize only set up, and offer food and drinks with a comfortable lounge area as well. Are there any like minded/knowledgeable folks that wouldn't mind discussing this with me? Also, Iowa does allow full out gambling and i would dabble with the thought of opening a pachinko parlor in a full gambling sense in Iowa, but it seems as though somebody would have done that already if fully legal. Does anyone know anything about that? i can't find anything prohibitting it in the state laws of Iowa.
