Picture #1 is a allwin got got a few years ago off eBay.it was cheap and I figured it would make a good parts machine.when I got it it it was missing the cash box door, had a broken payout bowl, and was missing the top and backflash.the paint was poured onto the game where the backflash would have been and painted with a putty knife ??...I changed my mind about it being a parts machine so I made a cash box door, replaced the broken payout bowl, stripped the cabinet stained it and put a clear coat on it.i couldn’t get the proper backflash,so in the mean time I made one up. ( picture #2 )...I mounted it on the wall and just thought it was just too plain , so I made up another back flash and printed up the proper top flash ( thank you Greg ) ...( picture #3 )

    Great job!

BTW my Ballwin is still coming along. I repaired the damage cabinet and redid the hinges and attached the front.
The nice folks at https://www.retro-arcade.co.uk/gallery are supplying me some proper track and after that I just need some extra metal adjustments so the coins put in the top fall properly into the mechanism.

It's come along nicely considering how bad it was kicked in.

internal mechs all work great! Ball releases on coin drop, pays out at the winner cup, etc.
Only issue is that the coin slot isn't perfectly aligned with the coin slide, but I can add so tin to help it catch the coins properly eventually. Going to have to order myself some old British pennies! Or maybe the Australian pre-decimal ones. I do like the kangaroos...

    Hi Cait001.
Try your local coin store for the large old British pennies...sometime there in the bargain bin at. A cheap price,,,,not in the collectable section lol

    Hi cait001
I don’t have a allwin apart right now so here’s a few pictures that I hope will help you out
pictures include where the tracks are positioned, where the second track ends at the top,....pictures of the cotter pins on the back side etc.....once you get your game all apart and the cotter pins in all the tracks ,you should be able to push the cotter pins through the holes in the wood by hand once the track is all in ,hold it tight to the backflash and split the pin on the Bach and hammer them flat....I wonder if the wood on your game is original if it is there should be holes in the proper places,,,,if the wood is not original you might have to drill holes in the right position....any question feel free to ask....oh take a old cotter pin with you. When you buy new ones you don’t want ones that are too big or too small...

Thank you for all the great pics. Should help a lot.
Also I was able to find a bunch of British pennies from a local coin dealer. Enough that I may have to find a second Allwin some day!
Love the multiple payout options on yours.

That should work but you will have to drill out the hole so that one fits and hopefully the size of the lock is the same as the orginal so it will fit into place so you don’t have to cut into the frame of the door to make it fit...$31.55 ouch
