Tekken Pachislo no music

Got this for free and it had an error E-4 on the front digital readout (above the credits). Performed the reset operation and the machine works now, but has no music. The sound effects work in game and in the menu, but not the (I guess you would call it) background music. In addition, the top LCD doesn't show any images unless you do the rest operation on the inside of the machine.


I can post pictures and any other information needed if someone can tell me what would be helpful.

Usually you won't get constant music until a bonus or something!!
