I love those early modern Kyoraku machines and pick them up whenever I see one. Could you post some photos of the front? If you are looking for help with the shooter motor you'll have more luck posting in the Pachinko Technical Support Tickets section of the site.

first off
Welcome to Pachitalk
can you post a good pic of the backside of the shooter.. my gues is the adjuster screw (setting) for the shooter and been turned.. a good pic may help us identify it and see if that helps..
