Default Ball empty light switch malfunction! Help!

Hey guys, I need some help identifying why my new Nishijin Montreal Olympics machine ball empty light isn’t working!

I recently re-soldered all of the electric. None of it worked before. Now the jackpot lights work.

I think there might be something wrong with the micro switch in the back of it. I took pictures of everything for you guys to look at. Is there something I might have just messed up??

Your wires need to be from common to n/o or n/c. Your connected now to both n/o & n/c

I’m not following...I guess I soldered something wrong to the switch?

Are you saying that both the white and yellow wire should be together on the NC or NO prong? I soldered based off of another working machine I have. Everything is exactly the same besides that bloody switch.

One wire goes to COM1, the other to NC2 >>OR<< NO3. My guess is it should be to NC2.

De-solder the wire currently, ha ha, on NO3 and solder it on COM1.

I'm assuming the rest of your wiring is OK...

Think of the switch as a light power to common. Then continues based on function, normally open (no) or normally closed (nc) based on circuit requirement.

If the switch is not in use with balls loaded in the tray. Wires to common and no.

If switch is used with balls loaded, common and nc

Have you checked the bulb. Should still light the bulb. Just wrong function.

The bulb will light up, the micro switch just isn’t right for some reason. The contacts might not be touching in the micro switch. I noticed that when I pressed the button on it, there are no contacts that touch. Frustrating.

Think I see the problem. Can you post a wider pic for lights and terminal board. Yellow wire probably not required. Parlor signal.

I could definitely be wrong but I feel like the yellow wire has to be connected too?

Have a meter to test the switch?

Look at complete wire scheme...power in through fuse to 1 side of bulb. Other side of power source to the switch, through switch and back to other side of bulb.
