I agree with what others are saying with regard to the light in the front being lit. If the machine isn't 'sensing' balls in the hopper, even though the hopper might be full, it won't pay out. Try jumping out the hopper switch, and see if the light goes out. If it does, feed some balls through the payout pockets, and see if it pays out.

2 reasons why lights on the front and no balls paid out.

    1) The machine thinks the tank is empty so will not pay out.
    2) The machine thinks the bottom tray is already full of balls. So will not pay out.

Here are a few pictures of the front lights and one (of two?) micro switches under the back hopper. The first picture shows your front lights in the white boxes that should be off. The second picture is of a hopper switch from your video but I couldn't capture a clear shot of it. It looks like it could be twisted or pulled out some? The third pick is from the following thread of the same micro switch. The link is from 2007 when member "new in town" was having a similar problem. Entry #6 seems to have a good tip to try on your machine perhaps.

Keep going - it feels like you're close ! These machines get pretty gunk'd up and the switches/sensors HATE gunk
