Default CR Girls und Panzer assembly support pls

    Hi

a couple of years ago I bought a Lupin Pachinko followed by a StarWars. Now the Pachinko Bug got me again when I saw the Girls and Panzer machine. Since I am a big fan of the series but also highly into the online game World of Tanks Blitz this was a must buy for me.

I tried communicating with japanese vendor mekapit but with no success. So i contacted Juno from bidservice who was very helpful. Yesterday the machine arrived.

in the next days I will try to put the right things to the right place as he had to send in 2 parcels due to weight limitation.

There is a manual included but all in Japanese so I might need the help from you experts maybe.

First question that I hope you can answer is: there is a plug asking for 24v. I bought a transformer but is it important to check for positive/negative pole? Can i break something if i use trial and error?

    kind regards

Ac transformers. Don't have a positive and negative poles. Your normally ok if the contacts are reveresed on an AC
Just make sure its a high amp transformer. Probably rated at 250va

Thanks for feedback. Hope did get that right. Transformer input, doesnt matter since dc. Output 24 to pachinko machine doesnt matter either?
As well hope it is ok with 150va. I just bought the same I used for my starwars pachinko.
sorry for maybe all this dumb questions. Me and electricity never get friends....

Well our US friends don't seem to have an issue running underrated transformers on some machines. How ever in the UK it seems more critical. I normally use the rating one up from the machine spec. If you use an underrated one. It may be ok to start with but will get hot and the voltage output will drop causing the machine to develop strange faults. Animatronic to stop and the screen to go blank. Also risking short circuit or fire as the enamel coating on the transformer begins to fail due to the heat.

So I would never ever recommend using a transformer below spec.

So far looks good. Thanks for the support. Good for me that all the individual parts use different colors and different sizes for the connectors... Now it looks like everything is at the place it belongs. Next step is the trafo.

So the transformer is AC not DC.. DC it would matter because of + and -. In your case with the transformer you just need to be aware of which side is in and which side is out. So long as you keep those wires apart.. (don't mix in and out together) it doesn't matter because its AC. As for transformer rating.. good question I would defer to someone more familiar with the power requirements of this machine.. I believe mine are all in the 5A range.

As for Garupan I know someone who would likely sell a kidney for this machine..
What did it end up costing you if you don't mind me asking?
