2015 Star Wars 3D Pachinko

Hello Everyone.

I'm considering purchasing this machine and wondered what are your opinions? It's kind of expensive, but being a machine from 2015, I'm willing to pay the price.

Is it fun, is it very loud? Is there a volume control?

I have several pinball machines, but I am new to Pachinko. I'm awaiting delivery of my first Vintage Pachinko (Sankyo Butterflys), but this Star Wars machine caught my eye, and I am wondering if I should pull the trigger. It's an eBay purchase, so I don't want to wait too long.

Any info / tips would be greatly appreciated.

The price will always be more because of the Star Wars theme. Loud. Yes. Not just the music and sounds which you can reduce using the joystick. But beacuse you have ball bearings bouncing off metal objects and being struck by a hammer. The latest isn't to bad due to.the fact it wants you to shoot into the plastic pocket at the top. So you lose some of the ping ping ping sound of the balls bouncing off nails. This set up does take some of the skill out of it. Also those paths are a nightmare to clean. So if you get one. Make sure its clean and you keep your balls spotless.

Some people just don't get pachinko. So make sure you get a theme you like and enjoy. I've had all 3 versions of Star Wars plus rumerous others. My current favourite is the AKB48 rose addition.

if need be you can add aftermarket volume controls as well... adding the right ones would give you the ability to make the volume as low or as load as your would like

Thanks for all the comments. I pulled the trigger and got the one from Clover Collectables in red and black. It was $200 cheaper as well.

I don't think the Clover Collectables listed the addition of volume controls in their site ad but they may be already on the machine or perhaps Clover could add them if you want them to. It would be worth asking about if you haven't yet. If you do purchase some to install yourself there are several styles of volume controls out there. The link below is for one that some of us have found to do the best. Consider how many speakers that you want to control when buying.

Almost all our machines have volume controls installed. The ones on the Star wars machines do burn out often, but we offer free replacements if they do.

If you enjoy playing Star Wars, I highly recommend ordering a Ranma 1/2 hanemono cell that fits this frame next shipment if you want a more skill based gameplay to compliment the pure luck based Star Wars , ....it's more fun than Star Wars in my opinion (I have both) but not quite as flashy with no fancy LCD 3D screen... but makes up for it with far more frequent (but smaller) payouts, and it's shooting skill and timing based gameplay instead of just hold the knob steady forever in the same position. You can swap the cells super easy in this frame, less than 5 mins, even if wall mounted. I'm thinking about picking up a Tekken cell to.... haha

The color pictured for my machine on amazon from clover i just got the other aquarion pachinko 3 from was metallic purple and black with gold accents... The one i received was just gold and black, Which i'm more than fine with I didn't really care for the metallic purple anyway but price was right. So you may not get what you see, as they say in some of their sales listings but now all.

Aww, Sorry about that, I dont hate purple it's just not high on my list of colors..
