I'm guessing that because it has an electronic shooter, it belongs in Modern.

An older Monroe Pachinko has come up on ebay and I plan on bidding. Even though I'm a vintage man at heart, I've seen the video of the machine paying out and the dirty old man in me has wanted one ever since. You can see it here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/152422476582?ul_noapp=true

I do have a few questions:

1. Does it require a dongle? I suspect not... doesn't look to be that sophisticated.

2. Is there any service information (schematics/wiring diagrams)?

3. Has anyone dug into one far enough to know if it is microprocessor controlled, or discrete logic?

4. Anything else I need to know about the machine?

I know I'm supposed to ask it's value, but it really doesn't matter. I live in a machinery desert, so I'm used to paying more to get what I want. I have a set amount of my game room fund set aside for it.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
