Not much to go on. But probably a single shot judging by the frame design on the RH side.

I have one of the same year with the bottom trim piece missing. I don't recall the exact year but believe it was somewhere 65-68. Definitely a single shot. Could be a fun machine if the parts are all there and a good deal at $20. Those are mxfaiman prices. I'd ask for a photo of the back before driving an hour each way. Good luck!
