Can these be used on most any CR Machine?

What exactly do they do and are they pretty much universal?

Difficult to install in English? There seems to be a detailed explanation in the listing that translates poorly for me.

Now your question isn't quite right.
The CR bit as nothing to do with it. They are auto play units, The title says Spheres un nessesary

They are normally listed by machine, That one for a sea story. as you have to unplug things like the start pocket sensors, and plug the auto play in its place. So they are made with the correct plugs on them.
That one, also seems to have a data cpunter with it too.

if you really want one, I would email Juno and get him to ask if they can do one for the air vision frame.
