Tiny bulbs for Early Modern Hanemono

Hi, I am in the process of rebuilding a 1989 Nishijin hanemono. One of the three win pockets was not working (no lights or reaction, so I took it apart. The "reaction" was just a loose wire, so I just resoldered it and it works fine. However, when I looked at the bulbs, it's clear they're burnt - at least one, anyway.

Problem is that I've never seen anything like them. They are tiny - about the size of a popcorn kernel but longer. At first I thought they were LEDs, but they don't seem to be. They appear to work similar to those little Christmas tree strand lights. The lights have two wires coming out of them that fold around the white rubber housing. Two pins sticking out of the mini circuit board slide into the same holes in the housing as the wires and make contact. Here are pics that may help.

When removed from their white rubber housing, these appear to be tiny little bulbs. About 1cm long by 0.5 cm (3/8 inch by 3/16 inch) wide.

So, anyone know where I can obtain more bulbs like this? Saw some on eBay that might work, but is there some store that sells them?

Try sifting through the "arrangeball" threads. They kind of look like bulbs that some of the early arrangeball machines used.

I think I may have some. They came in a couple different sizes. I'll dig around tomorrow and see what I can come up with.

Thanks. The shipping is really out of control on these.

Hit the contacts with a voltmeter. It's a little hard to gauge because the lights flash on and off for about a second when the ball hits the pocket. Got a fluctuating reading somewhere between about 15v and 6v.

Frys sells LEDs with a little resistor attachment that are rated to 12v. Wonder if they'd work? Might just pick up a set and try.

I looked through a bunch of bulbs today and didn't find these. I will try to look through a couple boxes of stuff that I haven't unpacked yet and see if they are there. It may take me a few days to find the time though.
