Neo PlanetT help

I have had this machine a couple of weeks now and was playing it when I got a Bonus lit up on the screen in front. When I started the next play is lit the WIN sign on the right. From the past this tells me that soon I will hit a Big Bonus. Well when the WIN light came on then all of the sound went away. I mean the only thing you could hear was the solenoids clicking. No sound when you put in the tokens either. Otherwise the machine seemed to operate OK. Anyway when I hit the jackpot then it started playing Away in a Manger with just one instrument playing it. After the jackpot was over then the machine sounded normal again. I guess what I am wanting to know from other owners if this is normal or do you think I might have a bad sound board or other problem. Any info sure would be appreciated!!!:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Perhaps, time for a FULL system reset and then try it again?

I hit my first BB today on my new Neo Planet, JC. I did not notice the changes you mentioned.

It sounds like something isn't quite right. I suggest you call/email who you bought it from.

But by all means, try Slotter's suggestion first!

Maybe a under size Transformer, those Machines: Neo Magic & Neo PlanetT need a bigger transformer. I put 8 amp's in a pair of mine and they worked full sound and screen and lights.

My Neo Magic Pulsar and Neo PlanetT are both 100V machines. Do they come in both 24V and 100V in the same model?

you could try unpluging the connectors on the boards and reseating them.

make sure you have the power off before you do this.
