Default New toy - CR Janken Battle

    image.jpg
I picked CR Janken Battle up on Craigslist two months ago for $150 which included balls. There were two ball bearings stuck in the machine preventing it from playing but once the ball bearings were removed it works great. Only thing is I under-estimated the weight of it (along with my abilities) and hurt my back getting it out of the truck onto the garage floor. Got a steroid shot today so I should be on the mend and some friends came over and moved it to the basement for me. You can just barely see the vintage pachinko which my friends moved downstairs for me as well which just needs to be put back together. Hopefully in a few days I'll be back into the swing of things!

    These machines are deceptively heavy..
Average weight without balls is probably around 70-80 lbs.

I will NEVER forget unloading 7 machines into my basement one after another... By the 7th I heard a POP and I could not even bend to tie my shoe laces, LET alone drive and go to work that night...

Back in 1983-2002 I used to haul 2 each 67 Lbs Radio Transmitters (one in each hand ) and other such foolishness . Now, when I have to pick up and move one of the Most heavy machines" Enter the Matrix " I use the legs and breathing exercise it is working for me now but I see myself slowing down a bit I hate to think that I will be turning 59 years old this year .

I guess I just got to hit the Presidio of Monterey's gym and the Navy's post graduate Schools gym and sauna This year and every week from now on .

I just got a Janken Battle up and running after looking for a part for over 2 years. Thanks Dave (luckymoey)

Turned out to be a bad graphics board.

I Like this game. It's a fun older modern. Plenty of variety in reaches and fevers. The mechanical hand is cool. The LED light colors are nice.
