How to set payout and get balls out in front for patrons

Need help in setting jumpers for balls to come out and payout rate. Please help.

More information required on make and model of machine, most moderns can't be adjusted although I have seen some Monaco machines made about 1995-1996 that were adjustable

im not sure of your question..

are you trying to get balls to the shooter tray when the player has lost all there winnings??
