If you see any writing that says CR and is followed by Japanese characters please take a picture and post. That would be the Japanese name for the machine and someone here should be able to translate it for you. Congratulations on your new machine.

I don't see anything like that and I can't find any info on the newer models. I have two 1972 models and there is a ton of info.

    Jaja Uma Kick (ジャジャ馬キック)
    Nishijin (西陣)
    hanemono (羽根物)

If the code on it is "F-I-L" the game board was made in December 1993.

there aren't really any specific manuals in english, as they were never really intended for use outside of the Japanese parlours

the name of your pachinko has been given further up in the posts, both in Japanese and translated, it is a Hanemono style of game play,

At PachiTalk we classify pachinkos into 2 categories, either Vintage or Modern, we would classify yours as a Modern Pachinko

if there is anything in particular you are needing to know, just post your questions and I'm sure the members here would be happy to help, they are much better and friendlier than a manual

been messing with it for two days, I figured out the ball shooter, there is a black knob on the back, is that to adjust the shooter or a manual override.

Also so found out how it goes into special mode but there is a bottom screen that is labeled chance and has a random number, or an L or E in it. There are "gates" above it that are rarely open. Just wondering what this is forimage.jpg

Have you gotten a fever round yet? For hanemono style machines the object is to get ball in the "V" spot in the center feature....only way to do that is get the "arms" or gates to open up by first getting a ball in the open pockets (labeled 1 and 2 usually toward the bottom).Maybe since your's has "chance" in place of the normal "2" middle pocket (opens the arms for 1 second twice) that getting a ball in the chance pocket opens the gates (depending on the #s)? I would just keep playing it to find out!

looks like its an odd sort of hanemono... this page describes it as an "asymmetric" hanemono. http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/u_can_com/36595945.html
