They'd get a hell of a law suit! We only pay out in PRIZES and or GIFT CARDS! There's NO cash payouts. it's not gambling because there's NO wager or bet! It's like paying for the balls to play skeeball in any arcade. The machines are skill based and not gambling devices.

We have separate volume controls on the back of the machines, so it's not loud at all and certainly not deafening like the parlors in Japan.

We have a machine that dispenses balls when rented for play. We have a fully functional POS that was made just for our business that keeps up with all the VIP players, balls won and redeemed and does everything we need. We use a very accurate scale system that weighs the balls to determine how many balls were won. We always round up so no one is ever cheated. We had the machine dispense the balls and then weigh them out and it's 100% accurate.

well what i was hoping for was more of the machine part of the ball handling. How are you lifting the lost balls to the top hopper?? the parts behind the machine?

We are doing it the old school way. There's a large hopper over the original top hopper and when someone hits a Big Bonus we must refill the hoppers manually. We have a magnet sweeper that picks balls off the floor and each machine has its own 3 gallon bucket located beneath the machine in the back to contain all "lost" balls. Those balls are recycled into the hoppers. Just like they use to do before the automatic ball lifters came into play. Having 40 machines and having to spend an additional $500 each for an automatic ball lift wasn't feasible.
