Arue Frozen Nights Pachislo - Translations

I have 25+years of expirience with jukeboxes, pinball machines and vintage mechanical slots, this is my first digital age slot. This is my first post here as I just picked up a pachislo Aruze/Universal Frozen Nights machine this afternoon. After working on a few electrical issues (short causing blown fuse) everything is working great. The only thing I need to do is replace the power supply lock as I have no key, have read up on replacing it with a switch and replace a few bulbs, all easy stuff.

I am just looking for translations for what is on the Power Supply (What the 2 switches are for and why on or off) and what the switch on the hopper does. This way I can label them so I can remember what they do....
