    The door bit taped as it's got no lock so I guess the person before me done it so it won't get stuck
    And the wire is the reset one and it was unplugged when i got it I guess due to no lock

    Anyone know how to reset this machine ? Without the lock ? Or am I looking in wrong place. As Iv just hit the bonus and forgot to keep my eye on the machine and it run out the tokens now I'm gettin HE "hopper empty" Error

    Any help please

    I had a look at the link Hanabi send me it says the reset key at the back Iv turn that still saying Got the HE error up

    Question
    I was told that seller on yahoo auction site for the HS2004 lock has got bad feed backs is this something Juno would chase up if they seller don't send the item etc

    Lock come paid Juno on 17th he posted it 20th taken 3days to get here

    well that blows

    your pics confuse me, the cams on the back are meant to go into the slots in the levers. they look far to high for it to reach..

    the metal frame the lock should be attached too is bent outward that is moving the lock back from the original position.

    try using 2 pieces of wood and a "C" clamp or vise grips to straighten that out.

    Anyone know if you can get a key like this for HS2004 ?

    As the lock a bit short and the key need to be fully pushed in for it to work

    I think key below will work
