    Default Mizuho Taco Slot

I've recently acquired a Mizuho Taco slot. Should the machine play music? All of the fluorescents are out. Is this normally dead bulbs, or do the ballasts tend to burn out? What replacement would I need? Several of the wedge base bulbs that light up add medals etc... are out, what type of bulbs are these? Also, what type of bulbs go behind the reels? A small pcb with 2 rectangular black what I assume are caps fell out when I opened it up. Any ideas? I am thankful for any help offered. I come from the world of pinball, and this baby is a little different!

it sounds like you acquired a headache

most use a regular florescent bulb found at hardware stores.

machines use different wedge shaped bulbs, hard to say what you need.

It was free, so I can't quite call it a headache yet. I'll pop out the lights today and check the hardware store. Probably measure the voltage across the socket for the wedge base guys. Anyone have an idea on the music? I'll take a picture and post the mystery part after work.

Pachislos are usually pretty quiet unless you hit a bonus..
