Coins going straight through

I hope this is an easy fix in that I'm simply overlooking something simple. I recently got a Sakura Taisen pachislo machine and everything seems to be in working order. However, when I insert a token it goes straight through the machine and spits out at the bottom. I've tried tinkering with it but can't figure out how to get it to accept the tokens and add credit. Any thoughts? Attached are a few photos of the machine.

Hi, im new here and new to all these machines but mine does the same thing unless i reset it using the reset key. I have a Jirokichi big chance machine made by Aruze Corp. And if i do not reset it, the coins fall right back out of the return slot. Try to find out how to reset yours and see if that works.

if someone messed with the coin discriminator then it might be rejecting..

have you tryed quarters.. some people think they want them to work on actual coins.. im not sure why..

I was finally able to get it to work. The reset and settings were more difficult to figure out compared to the Street Fighter II machine that I have. Ran into a different problem though and I'll post a different thread for that.
