I can find a 4A but not sure if that will give enough current (I'm assuming these are conservatively spec'd so might be worth a shot). Powervolt has a 6A for $58 but I'd like to find something cheaper.

    Thanks!

Hi guys, any updates or websites besides ebay? I’ve seen some on amazon but not sure if its good for pachislo. Most of the reviews used them for Hvac system. TIA.

Ok, Im a newbie on purchasing transformers so let me make sure I get this correct. Living in the us 120 volts. Pachinkoslot needs 24 volts, 5-10 Amps. Transformers to purchase is 120v converts 24v. Can someone explain the amps? Ive see transformers that say 24a and 40a, is that too much? I have removed 100v-24v transformers from pachislo. Are they useless in the US? Any recommendations, links, in Amazon for transformers? TIA.

    All modern pachinkos are 24vac
Pachislo are either 24vac or 100 vac (I have one of each)
Amp rating depends on the machine. Machines prior to 2000 should be fine on a 5A Pre 2010 8A and most recent require a 10A depend on machine, number of screens, animtronics etc

The machine should have a rating on the data plate. Just don't get vac, VA and A mixed up,

Amps is just how much you have in reserve .

I had a Modern Pachinko "Enter The Matrix" Pachinko Machine and I had a 8 amps 24v a.c. Transformer and that transformer was very hot to the touch after a "Fever" (many balls jackpot run) that's when I went to the round transformers cause of the high amp rating they stay very cool.

I use powervolt 5 amp ones on mine and they stay cool. Not easy to find them stocked in any online stores but you can get them direct from https://www.powervolt.com/
