Evangelion...what verison is this?

Hey all,

I'm just trying to figure out what version of evangelion pachinko this is. I though it was version 6, but I realize now that I may be wrong. On closer inspection, there's a few key features/colors that seem off and I'm wondering if I can get a second opinion here. The pictured machine is exactly like the first one I played when I was in tokyo a few years back and I'm looking at possibly getting one for my home.

I never played 5 but I have a 6 and a 7. I admit 6 is pretty dull. There's not much going on and the play field is very dark (not backlit). 7 is a lot of fun with good animatronics and a well lit play field. Literally, night and day. Just my opinion on the other models.

I have 5 & 6 and 5 is the one I usually go to when I want to play Eva. It is more fun than the Eva 6. If the price isn't bad I wouldn't hesitate to pick it up.

And as far as my rating on all three... hmm... I may be contradicting what I've said before... but I still have my Eva 7. Its a pretty machine with probably the best animatronics out of the whole range (in my opinion). I kept my Eva 6 longer than the 5, but only because I used it with a Macross Frontier cell (lights were ugly, but it worked). Otherwise, I think I definitely put more playing time into the 5. So I'd rate it 7,5,6 (if you're curious about the others I have I'd rate it 8,7,4,5,6)
